Ways to Advertise Your Work at Home Business

By: Samantha Jane

1. Built-in Customer Base:

If you choose to advertise on an already established website, you automatically have a built-in customer base. This is if you choose a website that is targeted toward what you are selling.

2. Goodwill:

By advertising on an already established website you get to benefit from the goodwill already developed by the owner. This translates to a sense of trust, and less emotional barrier between your product and the reader.

3. Established Traffic:

If a site is highly visited, you automatically benefit from this traffic. If a site is seeing 1,000 visitors a day, then your advertisement, depending on where it is placed, will see this traffic as well.

4. Cheaper:

Depending on where you choose to advertise, you may find that you are able to reach more people relatively cheaper than you would if you paid for that traffic via Adwords, Yahoo or MSN.

Some other great ways to advertise include free classified ads (Craigslist, Backpage, Gumtree), pay-per-click and article marketing. All are great ways to receive targeted traffic.

These are several reasons to consider buying advertisements on already established websites. When you do so, you get a built in customer base, you leech some of the goodwill that the website owner has already established, you benefit from the traffic already developed and depending upon where you advertise, you may be able to secure a high amount of traffic relatively cheaply.
